**Simple job request - UNPROFESSIONAL response.**
I am the Canadian technical support coordinator for a large international digital signage network. I deal with literally dozens of computer service providers across Canada so I have a broad range of experience to call upon when I pass judgement on the quality service I receive. I recently contacted 360 Computers to perform a very basic service call at a location just down the street from them. It was only 15 to 20 minutes of work and I would have happily paid them a full hour of service, plus added them to our list of approved service providers in the Winnipeg area (which could have netted them thousands of dollars in additional business $$$$). Sadly I was dismayed by the unpleasant and unprofessional way in which my service request was dealt with. I cannot believe any customer service based business would treat a potential client with such disrespect and attitude. Don't waste your time calling 360 Computers. There are plenty of professional and pleasant alternatives. Unbelievable.
