I was very happy with the front staff and how nice they were to my puppy giving her treats for her first visit. My appointment however was at 1:40 and I didn't see the Vet till 2:30. I work so I need to know that if this is normal so I can schedule accordingly. Otherwise I like the staff and the Vet was good too.
The staff are wonderful & gave me all info for my dog Bradys neutering. He had a intestinal infection that they caught & the vet made a homemade concoction along with antibiotics. Prices are very reasonable.
I feel so blessed to have found this Dr. Zheng for my Kitty. After taking him to several vets, nothing was helping, no real answers and alot of meds. I then took him to Animal Hospital of Manitoba. Dr. was able to see very quickly he had an abscess tooth. Prior to teeth cleaning his blood work showed he was suffering from kidney disease. He was treated and is home and more active than he has been in awhile. My cat is like my child and I will never trust anyone but Dr.Zheng and his staff.
Absolutely happy with the Dr. Zheng and his awesome staff. Thank you so much for the care you gave Izzey. Being blind and has never been away from my mom for a night. She was there 2 nights and came out wagging her tail. Thank you. 🙃🐾
Dr. Zheng did not inform in advance that anesthesia would cause the risk of fetal death, resulting in the death of all five healthy puppies. Irresponsible
Have been going to the veterinarian for years. Really great honest vet which we appreciate as some can take advantage. Our last two visits were great (October 2020). Keep up the great work!
Dr. Zheng and co workers are very knowledgable and help put nervous pets and owners at ease. Kind, considerate for those with fixed incomes. I have been highly recommending the clinic since our visit.
Been going to this vet for 15 years. Never had a bad experience w/him or the staff. They are all very knowledgeable & so friendly. I would recommend AH of M to anyone. They do care for your pets, like they would their own!!
Very reasonable price compared to other vets in the area for same procedure. Friendly, helpful receptionist. Clean office. Definitely recommend . Only been once, will go back again.
We had to bring our cat in this week because she had a UTI infection and was in a great deal of pain. Dr. Zheng diagnosed the problem and treaty "Puss-Puss" immediately, relieving her of the pain and discomfort she was in. Dr. Zheng and his staff are very caring and understanding to both our fur babies and us as well.
Clean, efficient, courteous and most of all compassionate! My puppy has only been seen by Dr.Zheng, he is gentle and caring which I feel is the way to be as a Dr/Veternarian.
Our puppy enjoys her visit each time we go, that shows trust!
