    I am heartbroken ? I trusted Ben Moss to repair the link of my white gold necklace. When I came to pick it up, they gave me a white gold necklace that fits like a choker! The length of necklace was upto my chest!!! BEWARE of Ben Moss! Cannot be trusted!!!!

    Not happy! Sent my ring several times for repair on the claws. Then a diamond fell out. This repair cost 4 times the quoted price. The color of my ring changed and I the band is smaller. Don't go here! Very poor workmanship!!
