My online order has been sitting in limbo for weeks. Customer service in Winnipeg not responding to repeated emails. Finally got them on the phone and they are snarky, unapologetic, whining that they are backed up. Couldn't have made it any clearer that they could not care less that my order missed xmas and is still not even processed on Jan 6, let alone shipped out. NEVER buying from Cabela's again!!
