    Drs are great but one women with dark hair who is smaller framed is not suited for customer service, everyone else is so nice but her, she not only no smiles, no kindness, but she is miserable to you saying things like well what do you want us to do about that? Then she will repeat that over and over again. Then you go to cash & she pretends to be smiley again!

    I stopped in for a simple glasses adjustment. I explained that my glasses were sliding down just a little and were not sitting 100% straight. The employee who helped me was friendly and courteous but dramatically altered my glasses. 30 minutes later the pain and discomfort was unreal. She tightened them and altered them to the point that the pain was unbearable. I had to go to another establishment 3 times to undo the adjustment she did and still they are not right. I caution people about this.
