Receptionist talk...
Receptionist talked down to me on the phone . Called to see when they close, and the lady was basically like " Why? The doctor is busy. When he's here, we have a doctor. When decides to leave, then we don't have one anymore." Very condiscending. I said well yahoo search says your hours are until 6pm, and she replied "Well yeah , cuz we're here doing paperwork, that doesn't mean we're taking patients!" The doc is nice, I think it's a family owned business but they should get less snarky people behind the counter .
