Cummings Small Engine Service

Busy place!! I have always been treated respectfully. Any questions about products,have been answered promptly and courteously. I have purchased a shindaiwa backpack blower, heavy duty trimmer brush cutter, and an echo chainsaw there over the years. All have been problem free!! Thanks guys.🤙👍

For two days, I tried to get someone to give me a price on a Husquarna hedge trimmer. The line was either busy, or if I got through, I was put on hold for at least half and hour and finally hung up the phone. I wonder if Husquarna Canada knows about how bad the service is at Cummings Small Engine.

They charge me &151 for what it seemed to be a regular clean up of the carburetor. The guy with long white hair was careless and said there is no warranty on the repair or the parts. It took 1.5 weeks to get it done and no good customer service at all
