I am very disappointed with the service we received at EQ3. We walked into Eq3 Two Sundays ago to find a fabulous sale on beds for $99 dollars. My daughter just got married and was looking for furniture she could afford for their new home. It was an amazing deal. So she bought a bed and I bought the same. The young man at the desk checked for availability he sad there where 20 beds left. We paid for the beds and left very happy with our find. Last Thursday we were both called to be informed the beds where oversold and they would not be able to fulfill our order. Both my daughter and I protested we were told they would give us 25% off of another bed. This is not a low end business and the next least expensive bed is $460. If an airline oversells they give you a travel voucher not a discount on something you can not afford. I have never heard of anything like this before and from what I understand I was only one name on a very long list. In this day and age of companies competing for customers this is not a way to keep them. Oh yah I was informed that in small print on the receipt legally they where protected. Legally yes, respectable NO!
