    Many years ago I brought in my PC because I was having difficulty installing a new mouse, which required opening up the tower and doing something with the motherboard, I cant recall exactly. The staff were condescending and made fun of me, even put The Mouse Lady on the invoice instead of my actual name. I was absolutely shocked and told the guy I wanted to speak to the manager. I was even more shocked when he told me HE was the manager. I am surprised that they are still in business.

    I brought my computer to Elm Computers and I couldn't be more pleased. Not only was it around $100.00 cheaper then any other place in the city but i got my computer back first thing the next morning. The customer service was excellent, it's nice to go into a store and speak one on one with the owner as opposed to the other places where you get a teenager who couldn't care less. I definitly reccemend this place to anyone who wants fast and friendly service at a reasonable price.
