I have been a regular customer at Forget Me Not Day Spa for about 5 yrs. I have always left there feeling well cared for and feeling anywhere from good to excellent. My Husband bought me a Gift Certificate after he heard one of my g/f's talk about how nice it was. I had a facial and pedicure done. The facial was wonderful, but it was the pedicure which kept me going back. I have had problems with my toes for years. Not only did they take the pain away, they have almost cured my ingrown toenails. It is only a matter of time for them to be truly gone. I also get my massages there from Anna. This Lady has healing hands and seems able to fix whatever ails me. Whatever your problem is, they have the knowledge to help you with it. If its just a relaxing day you need, this is the place for it. The staff treats me with courtesy and respect, they are complete professionals. My only regret was not finding them earlier in my life.

I have been visiting this spa for almost 20 years during which time I have received reflexology treatments, manicures/pedicures, advice on skin care, and several other areas associated with health, hygiene and general wellness. I can honestly say that at no time have I ever experienced anything less than perfectionism in all areas mentioned. The level of caring, knowledge and professionalism, also provided by Mira and her staff, is to be highly recommended. I would have no hesitation in recommending this spa to anyone looking for fair value and great service.
Disappointed anniversary gift. Massage was not worth it. Never received full hour. Would not return. Only good thing was location on Ness.

Our massage therapist has been with us for 12 years, her professional skills, knowledge and inter-personal manner are excellent. 1. In response to the recent offensive comment : Our rule of thumb is that, if we are running behind schedule, we do our best to ensure that the client receives full treatment as requested. If the client is late we try to give as much time as possible without encroaching on the following clients appointment. The detrimental comments made regarding our service are totally untrue, and with all due respect, why did the client not mention this at the time of the appointment or ask to speak to me personally? Surely, a face-to-face meeting would have been a more respectful and less character-damaging approach than writing underhanded, negative comments. - Mira Straczynski, Owner
