The Institute of Dance is a Winnipeg dance school that offers lessons in a variety of styles for students of all ages, ranging from pre-schoolers to adults. We’ve trained award-winning dancers.

Founded in 1982, our studio offers ballet and pointe lessons, and we follow the Royal Academy of Dance syllabus. We’re the only Winnipeg dance school that offers such a high level of training. We also provide instruction in flamenco, Latin, jazz, lyrical, hip-hop, tap and other forms of dance. Our pilates classes can improve your fitness. We’re open 7 days a week, so sign up to work with one of our trained instructors. We keep our class sizes small in order to ensure individualized attention for all of our students. more...
