Wheelchair entrances from parking do not open. Only 3 elevators and these are always full. There is no entrance to the building except through the ground floor, making it silly to go down the slow elevator and then up another elevator for which you have to wait 10 minutes because it is so crowded. Good thing it's clean and spacious.
