Bought my second truck from midtown ford from Jordan , service was fast and easy, all done over the phone and email had my new truck within a week . We live in rural Manitoba so ford dealerships are limited to where we are , I plan on being a returning customer ! Would highly recommend!
Bought new vehicles from here and this a list of issues. Had body repair that took 4 times longer then estimated with no reason given. Repeatedly missed getting my vehicle in on the day they booked me in for service and repairs. Always charge extra and above the quoted amount. Front brakes done on my truck and the rotor came apart 6months later so I went it got them done again somewhere else. A wiring harness came loose on my new van and I was charged for it still. Little people don’t matter.
Great Customer Service and helped me get the best deal possible, even looking at options to do that after the initial signing.
Easy to work with and had everything ready to go when I arrived.
Even changed the license plate in the rain!!!

I recently purchased a used vehicle from Mid Town Ford (Winnipeg). I am from out of province and once I got it home I found out the Front wheel bearings were worn and required replacing. I contacted Mid-town Ford and they reimbursed me the entire amount of replacing the bearings (parts and labor). I would recommend dealing with this business as they are very ethical.
My husband and I were in the market for a vehicle. Scott P. helped us explore used vs. new options and took the time to explain aspects of each. He assisted us review multiple finance plans and we did not feel pressured. He was patient, allowing us to test drive any vehicle requested, more than once if wanted. He was knowledgeable about the vehicles. Equally as pleasant was the associate in finances, Eric. One critique: we requested a full tank of gas and only received 2/3 tank upon purchase.
