I had to phone numerous times to get a confirmation for the taxi I booked online. Took the gentleman at least 15 minutes to find my booking. He confirmed my booking. On the date I booked the taxi it did not show up. I contacted another taxi company and they had a taxi at my home in 10 minutes. I have since advised friends and associates of this situation and not to use this company.
