Glen is so friendly and knowledgeable in the store. Ed the piano guy was a pleasure to work with - he made sure everything went perfect from the initial meeting to the delivery, install and tune of my new piano :) definitely recommend shopping here.

I have been shopping at St. John's music for over 10 years now. In this time I have bought multiple guitars, basses, drum sets, cymbals, snare drums, accessories, and have taken guitar lessons and bass lessons. Today I have to say the atmosphere has really changed to a hostile one. Very rude service from an older gentleman. I was simply testing instruments as I always have been encouraged to in the past and in a hostile manner he rudely told me not to. Needless to say I will no longer shop here
