I would give zero stars if possible. Store manager would not hold a new printer for me for twenty minutes while I drove over from another store to get it as it was the only one in stock in the city (after they wouldn’t come to repair or even take my existing printer in for repair that I bought from them in the first place - due to Covid). So much for being one of your “preferred customers”. What a joke!

The worst. Customer. Service. Ever. Girls in printing station condescended a man using self print option for 30 mins and wouldn’t get off their phones to help him. Had to wait 40 mins to use the self print and print 1 sheet. They never helped me or the man.

I think they need to send their employees back to customer service school as well as update their software so it is accessible to use like they TOLD ME I COULD OVER THE PHONE
