i cant speak for kavasavi's experience, but from my dealing with The Battery Man when swapping out a dead APC UPS pack, i have to say that i was very impressed with their customer service, product selection and prices. Not only did they stock hard to find batteries, their prices were very competitive and ALOT cheaper than dealing with the OEM stuff. keep in mind kavasavi that the retailer is not responsible for products that fail due to manufactures defects or enviromental issues.
They are really bad in their customer service. They sell very poor quality products. The owner is very rude when you go with a problem. Whatever you buy will break in few months, and they don't care about it and will not take time to talk to you. Once, I went with a broken product (within couple of months of purchase), he said 'you must have broken it' and he tried to sell me a new one. I hated their products and services. I will never ever go to them
As the owner and manager of The Battery Man for over 25 years I question the validity of your comments. We pride ourselves in our customer service, product quality, and value. Customer complaints and problems are dealt with fairly and honestly. If you have issue please bring it to my attention. Your blanket slander is without merit and it sounds like you might just be a competitor grasping at market share.
