Unicity Taxi

Twice I have almost missed flights because the drivers arrived way after the time I booked. If you can’t pick up at a time that is booked then you should not provide the option to select a time. It sets the expectation that you will send someone at that time. Totally unreliable service.

I had a worst experience today requested for a taxi after a long of work at 1:20 AM wanting to go home as early as possible, i didnot get taxi till 2:20 AM , i didn’t get taxi then as well but walked down the streets to find a taxi by my self, called call center so many time didn’t get much help. Drivers are nice the people call center people are rude

Does not pickup, bad service rude. Duffies too for that matter. Same operators

A friends phone was taken prior to the cabbie driving her anywhere because she wouldn't give him cash up front and asked to have the meter ran. When a complaint was called in we were called racists when no such comments were made. Ladies beware of this company, Next time they take someone's phone before agreeing to drive them anywhere will you make it to your destination?

agent was rude!!! i called for a taxi it did not come within 10 mins. when i followed up agent said it wont come anymore and they are busy and hang up on me. did not even offer to rebook another one! i've been a loyal customer and do not deserve to be treated that way!
