She set up an appointment date and time that worked for me and gave me a quote. The service technician arrived even earlier than the time arranged and fixed the problem in a short amount of time. After sticking with the same company for over 20 years, we switched to Drain Doctor this fall and couldn’t believe the tremendous difference in quality service and amazingly reasonable price for both a preventive sewer cleaning and a cleaning of a slow shower drain. The personnel were efficient, thorough, clean, and friendly to deal with and showed up when scheduled.
