Booked a reservat...

Booked a reservation in February for a week in July. Received an email reminder the day before my reservation. When I arrived, they said they didn't have a car for me and that I was now "over there". When I inquired as to where "over there" was, they said they made a reservation for me at the Budget. When I got to the Budget counter, there was no reservation for me and the cost was 66% higher than Enterprise. When I submitted an online complaint about it, they said it was referred to the Re
