I have had Buckingham at my house to fix my dishwasher at least 4 time (through no fault of their own, the dishwasher is defective and under warranty) Everytime they came out, they did their best to come out immediately, promptly and they were amazingly courteous and diagnosed the issue immediately (and in turn fixed it) When it came time for the dishwasher to be replaced by the company, they supplied all documents to LG immediately which helped us immensely. I would not hesitate to call them for our appliance needs in the future and would definitely recommend them to anyone.

I called them on a Monday the guy said he would be here in a day and this is now over a week and LG still had to find someone else to service my washer. What a waste of my time

Arrogant owner. ...

Arrogant owner. This business is like many of the others, they work out of their trucks, have no receptionist, no workshop for those jobs where the customer does not have space for the work to be done. It does not add up to a quality experience. I’d avoid it if possible and certainly Fredericton needs a full service business.

I called at 11:00am on a Friday morning in the middle of the summer and they were at my door by 3:30. He fixed my washing machine and when I mentioned that a previous repair service company I had hired to fix my dishwasher several months earlier had left my it with more problems than when I started, he went and fixed that as well. I couldn't be happier and would definitely recommend this company for any appliance repairs.
