Horrible aviod at all cost. Dropped car off for new transmission and rear breaks. Price went up 3 times from initial quote. Ended up paying $3400 and still had to take it to different shop to fix thier work. They dont guarantee thier work & will make up excuses. They are a money grab. Very disappointed

Horrible service. Quoted $1500 for a simple transmission install. I supplied the parts they would need to do it. They eventually gave excuses and the total price would now be over $3000. I cancelled and told them I would pay them for the 3 hours they put in. They claimed I owed $700 for 6 hours. Pick it up today and truck wont go into reverse; shaft is also screwed up. More excuses, wont fix what they did to break my truck and claim it was like that when dropped off which is false. Avoid.

Stay Away From This Garage. I drove from Saint John. They told me to come in at 8am. They never touched my truck until after 11:00. At noon I went inside to see what the hold up was. The guy behind the desk had the nerve to lie to me and say that theyd been working on it all day. I saw it go into the garage. These guys are liers and are full of excuses. They may do decent work. But theres no excuse for lying to their customers. Dont waste your time dealing with Jensens.

After getting an ridiculous estimate I went to another mechanic. He found nothing wrong with the car. Don't believe what they tell you get a 2nd opinion.

I was broken down...

I was broken down with Transmission troubles in Fredericton NB in my diesel pusher motorhome. Allison 6 speed was going crazy. Stopped at Mr. Transmission expecting nothing and the manager looked at it and told me it was a fairly minor fix. It turns out that Mr. T is owned by Jensen Transmission a world expert in Allison Transmissions. In typical East coast fashion, they looked after me and had me on my way in an hour - and it didn't cost me my first born. GREAT SERVICE
