Online booking. I booked an appointment for my kid. When she shows up they try to tell her that her appointment is 15 minutes later than I booked. Then she waited 20 minutes before being seen. Take some responsibility and say you are running behind instead of trying to tell a 15 year old that they have shown up at the wrong time. Really if this were my only crappy experience here I wouldnt even be writing this review. Work on you customer service and honesty First Choice employees!!!
