Very poor customer service from reception staff, expensive prices compared to other local vets, and the veterinarian did not listen to my concerns or seem to have the best interest of my pet in mind. I would advise pet owners to look elsewhere for veterinary care in KV.

I have never gotten such terrible service before! The bleached blond that works the front desk is one of THE rudest people. I was trying to decide which flea medication to give my dog/cats and asked quite a few questions. She huffed and puffed and sighed after a few min. At one point she rolled her eyes to someone, towards me. Someone else said I can finish and she jumped up and said “I owe ya one” and left. The young blonde vet needs to leave that toxic place. She is the only good thing there.

I find this clinic to be exceptional in every way, from customer service by the support staff to professional care by the vets and techs.

This has got to be the most unprofssional place that I have EVER called in my life, I called and asked a quote on putting a dog down as he is very very sick and old and the lady argued with me because I messed up and said that it wasnt my dog as it is mine and my familys dog and she kept cutting me off and just being very rude...I WILL BE PASSING THIS MESSAGE ON SO VERY ANGRY AT THESE YOUNG THINGS THAT THEY KNOW IT ALL
