    Following an incorrect woodstove installation performed by another company, I approached the team at Alternatives and presented my dilemma to them. I was treated with honesty, options to correct the problems and extreme professionalism. If you are in the market to buy and don't want to be upsold, check out Alternatives.     This outfit has no idea what customer service means. Not to mention that after the sale if you have any problems, they are actually rude. Will never buy there again

    Recently had my wood stove cleaned. Excellent ervice, right on time, and very polite * courteous. Wett approved and will sleep much better at night. Highly recommended!!

    New owner has a l...

    New owner has a lot to learn regarding customer service. I have been getting the so called free tune up each year not to mention dumping about $100-150 each time for new parts. They can't tune a bike properly anyway and I will never be going back after being told that I now need to show my original receipt. I was told that I should never have gotten those free tune ups and that I was somehow lucky. The attitude from them was enough for me to take my bike and NEVER look back. Don't go here..
