Campbell's Plumbing has worked with Leroy's a number of times and have only had great experiences with quality of work and service received.

Poor service and ethics

I hired LeRoy's to come and inspect my boiler which I was having severe problems with so I could get the machine repaired and working. I bought the boiler from Irving Oil but Irving Oil had installed the machine incorrectly, against Code (CSAB139) and were not meeting their obligations. However, when the representative showed up, he assumed that the reason why Irving Oil wasnt meeting their obligations was that I hadn't paid by bill (I had for the first 15 months even though they were ignoring their responsibilities and warranty obligations) Then the gentleman proceeded to treat me horribly, so bad that he made me break down in tears. I dont know if it was because I was a female that he felt he had the right to do that but whatever the reason, he continued to berate me then refused to do the inspection, saying he could fix the machine himself but wasn't going to without advanced payment and was not going to get involved in my dispute with Irving Oil. I eventually had to ask him to leave, he was being so awful to me. Poor service, poor ethics and poor business handling- I would never recommend this company to anyone.
