    Visited McDonald's in Clarenville Sunday afternoon, June 25 at around 5pm. ordered a couple Sweet chili mcwraps, which we are very fond of. Whoever was making the wraps really need more training! The chicken, lettuce, cucumber, etc ended up in the bottom of the cardboard sleeve in both of them. They were a mess to try to eat. Very disappointing! You really need to supervise those products more closely. I'll have second thoughts about ordering them there again.

    As mentioned.. WATCH the drive through! I've ordered BLT bagels and gotten eggs, lettuce and tomatos... I've ordered sausage, egg and cheese mcgriddles.. only to discover they're missing egg and cheese.. is it worth the gas to go back and get them to fix it? Maybe.. but they don't really compensate you for their mistakes - no free food here boys and girls. So it depends how far away you are when you realize their mess ups. There was also one incident where the food was kind of thrown out of the window at me... this was at like 8pm (nothing to do with breakfast, or complaining for that matter). It is what it is. But its definitely NOT the best one I've been too.

    I am a frequent customer;my order is usually not correct at the drive through. I always have to check it at the window to ensure I got what I ordered. Today, my daughter ordered a breakfast sandwich and when she went to eat it, she had only the bun. We've gotten Big Macs with one patty, drinks half full with no ice, no jam with Big Breakfasts and sometimes no cutlery, wrong wrap, someone else's order, and the list goes on. I think that the management should do more managing of customer orders.
