    lol this place is actually the worst. staff maddeningly apathetic and lazy about fixing stuff. almost feels like you've asked your friend's teenager to fix something and they're begrudgingly doing it as a favor, if they get around to it, which they probably won't unless you're lucky. at one point i asked the guy for a tracking number on a part that was taking over a month to come in and he said that it didn't have one, and then kept saying he would look it up but didn't for 2-3 phone calls. etc
