I booked a shampoo and style. A soft curl and a braid in the front. I was booked with Kate- she was quiet at first but seemed more comfortable as the appt went on. She was very professional and polite. She did a great job with my hair and I was very happy with the service. I’ve booked her for an upcoming wedding to do my hair in August. I would recommend her!

Worst cut I've go...

Worst cut I've gotten in my life. Looked at my hair and cried. Called the manager and she told me she would have to look at it herself. I thought it was the customer that should be pleased not the opinion of the manager. Maybe in three months when I have enough hair I'll feel better.

Awful customer service. Absolutely no regard for your time. Rude and condescending, wouldn't go there if you paid me. I am from out of town and wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Good service

I never had any problems about anything. I always get a good haircut since I been going there. The workers are friendly and efficient. The price is reasinable so far. The beauticians are helpful and they offer good advice.

This place stinks

They are cheap on products. Give staff education worth benefit to clients. Management is very unprofessional!!!. Customer service is severely below par because of their restrictions.. Basically if you want a fast hair color or cut, and do not care about quality or customer service, it makes due. The atmosphere is like stepping into a bad 80's grocery, and the staff that is capable are treated very badly, hence their is a large staff change over is common. Ecstatic's are very under-trained and rude.

Worst Salon Experience Ever

I went to Head First several times for eyebrow waxings, the quality of the eyebrow waxing itself wasn't bad, but the customer service was horrible. The staff was rude and made ignorant comments. I also got my hair cut there once and got the worst haircut I have ever received, however the stylist was very nice, she just gave me a bad haircut. The worst part of that experience, however, was the interaction with management while getting the problems with my haircut fixed. I didn't make a big deal out of the poor haircut, as they agreed to see me and fix it for free when I contacted them. When I actually went in to get it fixed, I was sent to see the manager who evaluates and fixes any problems with their work. I found her to be rude and condescending. She was argumentative and dismissive of the issues that I found with my haircut, despite the fact that she even found flaws with it that I had not even noticed. I would never get anything else done there again, or recommend this place to anyone else.
