Considering they have no regard for customer service, safe food handling and/or Occupational Health and Safety requirements, it's extremely unlikely I will ever return to this establishment.

Bad in every way

Took almost two hours to get our pizza when I called to ask where it was the young lady replied I duno driver left a long time ago should soon be there and hung up . When we got the pizza it was cold and not great at all . This is the second deliver driver was rude ... This was a second time bad experience with them never again !!!

Always Closed!

I tried calling at 11:00 on a Saturday. When they answered they said "sorry we're closed" and promptly hung up. This isn't the first time it's happened. Need better customer service or at least a more polit answering machine.

We are sorry but the hours that we are open are 11 am to 11 pm, 7 days a week, we stop delivery at 10:30 pm, we've had the same hours for the last 6 years.

Never again!

I won't be ordering from there again. Was told it would take 45mins to an hour. Nearly 2 hours later it showed up and the cheese was burnt! I also paid by debit and had to tip the driver (which I don't mind when i'm pleased with the service) but there was no option to skip the "tip amount" step!

sorry to here about this but if had to call me a could have done somthing , you should have called the shop back after 30 min`s and ask why it was so long also ower debit do have a no tip option. their is a %, $ or F4 no tip . on all of ower pos .

Very poor service

Big Cheese Pizza messed up my order and instead of fixing it they wanted to charge me another delivery fee to send out the correct order!

If you had a delivery and we forgot or you did not get the right order we do not charge for a delivery again .
