Have no problems with all drivers except this guy named Roy..He’s always cranky and car smells of smoke, as he’s smoking while passengers in the vehicle..,Nasty as i dont smoke . And god forbid if u say ur using debit..

Never again. Driver complained because I live close to the airport and the fare was only a $8 trip. Terrible service. Never had that experience in any other city.

I would like thank Bugden's and their drivers for there top notch service and honesty. My daughter left her wallet in one of the taxis on the weekend with credit cards and $200 in cash. The honest driver got in touch with her and got her wallet to her. We are faithful to Bugden's and the proof is in the pudding as to why. Thank you so very much for your service.

I took one of your cab tonight and quite disappointed with the driver and the meter. I usually pay the minimum of $15 from the airport to Carrick Drive and tonight it went to a maximum of $19. Aren't your drivers familiar with the shortcut route? I understand Kemal does not want to cut short the taxi line up, the reason he said he doesn't want to take me yet but I got the go signal from the barker. But anyway, it's almost a long night that I could have just taken Citywide back.
