great service ....only one C40 left and they held it for me.......i pulled through as did they .......def recommend!!

I preordered for honor deluxe edition , when i went to pick it up i was told the exclusive game codes werent in the box and the pre order bonus rings were gone they only had 12 at that store but they said if you preorder it you get one which i never , so i paid over 100 dollars for the deluxe edition and was pretty much given the regular edition , i asked for a refund and left i will never shop at ebgames just for the fact they promise to sell you one thing and then give you something else

Giving them five stars. So courteous and have so much knowledge. Obviously Gilly knows nothing about good customer service. Probably because he/she has such a bad attitude. Love this store and the workers here. Especially the girls that work there. They're so sweet and we have a stellar conversation each time I'm there.
