    Worst customer service ever!

    If I could give this business a 0 star, no. -20 star I would. Absolutely terrible customer service! I will never shop there again and nor my friends or family after my experience. I had a piece of furniture selected. Long story short I was told I had priority with a 'curtesy' call. I was busy at the second they call. I called back 2 minutes later they had sold my item and also said that When another came in in 5 months I'd have to pay 500 dollars more because of the 'new price'. Terrible!

    I purchased a leather sectional more than 5 years ago - it is still in mint condition! I still love it. I was so happy with this furniture store that I recently purchased a beautiful bedroom suite. I had an issue with one of the pieces - they quickly replaced it. Excellent service - excellent quality!!!!!!!

    Terrible customer service after sale

    Once they get your money, all customer service ends. We had wonderful service from the sales girl, but when we complained that the furniture we bought was delivered damaged, suddenly no one seems to be able to return our calls or answer our questions. It's been months now, and still there has been no resolution to our complaints. The service guy actually had the nerve to say "its all mass produced, so you have to expect some damage"!! We will not be buying anything else from this store.
