This is a very unprofessional business. Their Carbonear office is never opened, and their answering service regarding that is very vague. Their 866 # will direct you to an office that knows nothing about your file and tells you to call back to the Carbonear office...really?? I could not believe that she would direct me back to an office that she just told me wasn't open for a month! I then called their other office and expressed my concerns and she stated that they are short staffed!

    Best Podiatrists in Town

I've been a patient of the Podiatry Associates, and in particular, Andrew Goff, for years. I had gone to see Dr. Goff for one reason and mentioned my back was hurting,he looked at my feet and diagnosed AND fixed a problem that chiropractors had failed to fix after thousands of dollars and years of treatment. To say my quality of life has improved would be an understatement. Thank you Dr. Goff!

I have been a patient of this group in the past and have no complaints about their service. In fact, I've been treated very well. And I have forked over a lot of money too. When I called recently to look for an appointment with the head podiatrist (whom I've seen many times before), I was told that the earliest appointment available is 3 months from now - January 2012! I mentioned I was in a lot of discomfort and was told that I could see another podiatrist but would have to wait for 2-3 weeks. Needless to say I took my business elsewhere. I think they could have been more helpful to a past patient who was in pain.
