Extremely dissatisfied with my hair and the customer service. This is the first time I have left a salon and have not liked my hair. I left with dye running down my forehead in several spots. The foils I requested were not put in evenly and were mostly centered on the front top part of my head. Others who saw my hair agreed that it was not a good job. I requested to have my hair redone and the owner said I would have to pay $55 + tax after already paying $180. He was also very rude and stated that I needed to communicate better what I wanted during the consultation. I didn't think I needed to communicate that I wanted my foils evenly distributed. Would not recommend this salon.
