Hydroseeding is a process of mixing seed, fertilizer, mulch, and adhesive with water in correct proportions inside a tank, then spraying the mixture onto a 6" topsoil ready area. It is a fast and easy alternative to sodding. You can have a beautiful, healthy lawn at a fraction of the cost of sod. Within days, a beautiful, durable lawn is growing. The reason why hydroseeding works so well is that the seed is suspended in a nutrient rich mixture. The contact of the seed with the water in the machine triggers germination.
