    Friendly service from the lady at the front desk. The staff were so pleasant to deal with.

    Incredibly poor service, and not a very good appraisal. The price was no where near market. The appraisal should show accurate rebuild cost which were absent. All they supplied was a comparative market analysis which is free from a real estate sales person.
