Just picked my dog up from her appointment after being called partway through about them having cut one of her dew claws right off with the clippers, and claiming to me that they had no knowledge of her dew claws on file when I know I have mentioned them before. They told me not to consider contacting a vet about it, and charged me full price after hurting my dog and giving her a less than average cut, very upset and not at all impressed.
My regular groomer was booked so I tried this service. The individual I dealt with ( Shawna?) was rough with my dog and when I attempted to express my concerns she became rude, aggressive in her language and even more unpleasant. If you care about your pet, think long and hard about using this service. Is there a rating lower than terrible?

I bought my dog in my dog and she was a mess. Tonight she is beautiful and is sitting on the couch very cozy. The best part is Betty loves being there. She is not traumatized at all. She loves going on and is happy to come home

Love the real 'spa' feel of this grooming salon. It is crisp and clean. Our fur baby always comes home looking great and smelling super fresh! The staff were extremely patient with her and always followed her lead as our baby tends to be nervous around strangers. But now she is so comfortable and trusting of the staff that she walks in willingly! Great shop with great staff. See you again soon!

Nahhh....this business hasn't been the same since previous owner...How you Goin to charge someone $45.00 plus taxes for eye cleaning and a nail trim..used to swear by this place.😑

Adorable Dogs
I have been taking Abby to Adorable Dogs for 5 yrs now and she of course hates to go but is very good once she is there and I am gone.....lol. They love dogs and do a great job in grooming her. The only thing I find wrong is the long wait in getting her back as her appointment time is never the time they actually start work on her. So if you don't mine many hours without your dog this is a great place to take them.
