Bob's Taxi

I take Bob’s Taxi ALL the time. I have had no complaints about service until this past Sunday. My phone dropped out of my pocket as I was getting out of the cab. I noticed as soon as the car drove away. I called thinking it would be an easy turnaround and yet the male dispatcher had me in tears within minutes. He was rude , dismissive and told me unless the driver agreed to come back there was nothing to be done. Luckily the driver brought it back to me. I am a Very disappointed customer.

WORST CAB COMPANY EVER

DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR AND DON'T USE THIS TAXI COMPANY!!!!! If I could rate them 0 stars, I would. I hate that they're the only cab company in Dartmouth. The drivers never have debit and if you call to tell dispatch and ask for another taxi with debit, they give you a hard time and nasty attitude. I have had several instances where I have ordered a cab and waited for it to show up, only for it not to have a debit machine (even though I specifically ask).

Completely unacceptable! Have been doing quite a bit of travelling in the Dartmouth area lately. Tried calling them to get a cab and never get an answer or get through to someone. Certainly not able to count on them at all and it seems to be easier and quicker to get other cab services in the area (even with the added travel distance). Wondering if their Stagg just simply decides to not answer the phone. Definitely not the way to do business.

Very rude. Called...

Very rude. Called 4 times to have the "manager" hang up in my face. Would love to talk to an owner about that, but can not seem to do that. Won't ever have my service again. Sad to say the only service in dartmouth is the worst. Went with this service once and was great and then the second time was the worst. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.

The WORST taxi service ever! The dispatcher was the most rude person I have ever spoken to. Call eastern passage taxi for prompt and CURTEOUS dispatchers. I have never had to wait 20 minutes for a cab, let alone been spoken to the way that female dispatcher had spoken to me.

RUDE, RUDE, RUDE

Called Bobs taxi on wyse rd and the female dispatch was so rude i couldnt beleive it . I was calling for one of my customers and I told my customer that i hope your driver has better customer service than the dispatcher. I called her back to tell her i didnt appreciate her abrupt mannor and she said ok thank you and hung up.... I would love to talk to her boss.... and i will never call another cab from bobs again.... SOME PEOPLE JUST DONT GET IT
