Dealing with Ron At City Collision was so easy. I had a small problem but it was not a problem with him . Dealt with a lot of businesses and this was the best experience. Would not hesitate to have anything done by City Collision.
Excellent service. Ron called for a part while I was there after inspecting damage on my car. He called me when my part arrived and I went right over and my car was fixed while I enjoyed a coffee and magazine by the fireplace. The guys made me feel like home.very impressed with the service. They’ve even adopted a stray cat. Being a cat lover myself, that seals it for me. They will get my business every time.

all I can say is,...
all I can say is, some of the best service I've ever had. They were courteous, and very accommodating. they served us fresh fruit and fresh coffee, and not only did an assessment of her vehicle damage but fixed it for free. customer service like this in the auto industry is a lost art. thank you to Ron and the team at City collision!

Excellent Service
Called City Collision spoke with Ron, drop by anytime was his response. Did just that, although it was late in the afternoon Glenn took excellent care of my needs. Offered me coffee and squeezed me in. In no time flat my dent in my bumper was removed. I was not after perfection and was not looking for a new replacement bumper. The City Collision team did an excellent job. One really has to look hard to see where the dent was their work was that good. Saved me $$$ over a new bumper.

Glenn is a valued employee and does a excellent job of providing that old fashion customer service that seems hard to find anymore. FYI....we have six new flavours of Bob Marley coffeee since your last visit.

I can honestly sa...
I can honestly say City Collision has wonderful service and personable staff!! I've had my car repaired 4 times this year (bad luck with people backing into my car) and everytime I walk into the shop I'm greeted with a smile! They do immaculate work and have made my car look brand new everytime!! I'm very greatful and appreciative for all the work they've done!
I would, and have recommended City Collision to anyone who has damage that needs to be repaired!

Having a car accident is never any fun.... but dealing with City Collision made the process as good as it could get !! The customer service is way above average, they are very professional, super friendly, and did everything in their power to get the car fixed and back to us as quickly as possible. Great job, I highly recommend them !!!

Best BodyShop in Town!
Ron and his team have a very clean professional shop that provide the best in collision repair. I had $15,000 in damage to my vehicle and when I recieved it back, it was just like new. If anyone is consisdering to use Ron's team to repair their vehicle, then they're in the best hands possible. I would have to say that they would crazy not to in my opinion. Ron, your team is my body shop for life. I know you'll get the job done right and when I get the my vehicle back, I can just drive and enjoy. I can't say enough about the treatment and exemplary service I received from City Collision. Feeling incredibly stressed and guilty after an accident on my way to work, I was driven to City Collision along with my car to find Ron and his associates welcoming me with generosity. They had me set up with coffee and snacks before I could even sit down to think. Ron stayed with me as I placed an hour long call to my insurer and kept me informed on procedures as this was my first accident. I didn't have my wallet on me that morning so they drove me to my house (in Halifax) to get my wallet so that I could leave with my rental immediately. I left feeling comforted and taken care of. It's hard to imagine that by the afternoon, I was no longer upset. That can only be said because of Ron and his team.

Can't say enough about the service I received from Ron and the team at City Collision. I had a car accident first thing on a Monday morning while heading to work. My day and week was off to a terrible start. I was so frazzled between police reports and insurance calls I was ready to have a melt down. Within 10 minutes of pulling into city I was set up with a rental car to continue my day and assured that the team at city would take care of everything. Days later I had my car back, it looked better than ever. Ron and his team took away all the hastles and allowed me to continue with my week. Thanks again City Collision!!
