Our power-venter went on our furnace. We knew it was going to and were lining up tradespeople to do a switchover, unfortunately they took months to get back to us and it became too late. We were without heat and hot-water with young kids in the house.
Ace Chimney was at our place within two days of calling them with a brand new chimney perfectly installed and they even arranged for a furnace person to come and hook up the wiring.

We decided to remove our fireplace from our living room along with our brick chimney, however our furnace is vented through our chimney and we needed a new steel chimney installed. I see there are a lot of positive reviews about Ken & Natasha on this site, and I am going to add one more. I needed a steel liner in my chimney recently, and ACE was recommended to me. Natasha came out and provided a thorough estimate. Ken and Joe arrived early one morning and went above and beyond the call of duty to get the job done. More than one job, as it turned out. They are good people, they charge a reasonable price, and their work is first rate. I am a very, very pleased customer.
Natasha took my call late one afternoon and spent a lot of time explaining what my issues may be. At no point did Natasha pressure me into going with them and even suggested less expensive solutions. In the end, I felt comfortable going with Ace Chimney because of Natasha’s honesty and openness. We were walked through all costs and provided a detailed report. We are very happy with chimney and the workmanship. The site was tidy at the end of the day completely cleaned when job was finished. We had some water damage behind and Kenny took care of this and we just paid for extra materials. I would highly recommend this company.

It was great working with Ken and his staff. He only does what needs to be done. Period. Two other quotes were higher and involved more work. I found Kennith by seaechibg the BBB site. We met at the site to discuss what was required to repair our chimney. He thoroughly inspected the chimney before telling me it required repointing, not replaacing (twoo other companies said the chimney would have to be replaced). Once the estimate was written, and agreed upon Ken and his crew started thework in less than a week. The kept the worksite safe and clean and did a fabulous job completing the work to my satisfaction. I highly recommend ACE!
