Counter boy who thinks he’s a service manager is no more than a store clerk. I brought my car in for a little work which I could have done myself. Next time I will take it to someone who is pleasant to talk to and knowledgeable.When I received my car it came back with a dropped drivers door and grease all on the inside windshield post. It was brought to the clerks attention and said are you saying we did it ? I replied with a yes and the counter clerk boy said if dont leave he will call the cops

They recommended an upgrade for my car, I had it installed at another shop. The other shop spent 4 hours putting on an oil pan. I had to call several times because of the incompentance of the other shop and they helped me all the way. I will buy and install with them from now on.

I came to Harrington's VW to get a new alternator for my MK3 golf. Turns out, they sold me an alternator meant for a gasoline mk4 new beetle, not my mk3 dieself golf. They won't work on anything older than a MK4, even though their sign shows a mk2. The alternator had the wrong pulley, and it snapped my serpentine belt. I also now have no RPM reading. I couldn't afford another alternator, and they would not refund me for the incorrect one they sold me.

A great option for Volkswagen owners

A small shop, but they know their stuff. The rates at Harrington's are excellent, much more preferred than the local dealerships in my opinion.
