BEWARE!!!!! I can't say enough of how terrible the service is. I have been ridding a bike for over 10 years and have had my fair share of receipts for parts from various motorcycle shops but this is without a doubt the worst experience I've ever had. Long story short, I purchased a part that was defective and it failed after the first day (left me with a stranded bike and a long way home) but when I took it in to be replaced all I received was poor treatment. I was told that it was my problem and they pointed to a sign at the back of then parts counter that read "absolutely no returns on electeical parts". I was given attitude, laughed at (literally) and even intimidated by a service person who stood right next to me and refused to step away from my personal space. I was merely upset and was arguing for my money back, very politely I might add. I don't know what else to say, I'm left with no refund and a defective part because they put a sign up. I have never been treated so poorly and I DO NOT RECOMMED GOING THERE IS YOU WANT SERVICE FOR YOUR MONEY.
I can't say enough great things about my experience. The process of buying my Polaris Ranger RZR Side By Side couldn't have been more pleasant in terms of people and process. That in itself is worthy of 5 stars in today's world of "less than quality" customer service! It got even better for me though. I had mechanical problems after 3 weeks and I dropped my bike off to find out what was wrong. I was offered the loan of a machine for the weekend it was in the shop and in the end - they actually provided me with a brand new machine. Thank You so much for the positive experience. I will be suggesting your location to everyone I know!
