I think that it is truly unfortunate that out of the thousands of satisfited customers that Lotherington's have served over the years that we only get to read the few unsatisfied ones. I have been a customer of Lotherington's since it started and have never had a problem.Anything I ordered from them has been exceptional whether it be a flower arrangement or a fruit basket and anyone on the receiving end has always been more than satisfied. The management and staff have always been friendly and go out of their way to help you. The girls who make the arrangements are very talented and I would recommend this shop to anyone and have done so.
My sister in law was married this past weekend. The flowers arrived and where already dying. There where fake flowers mixed in when they where told explicitly no fake flowers. We called the shop to find out what was going on, the girl working Kelly, was the girl that did the work, was very rude, also she claimed this is what the bride ordered and that, that type of rose, looks like that due to being very fragile. In the end they took the flowers back, and removed the fake flowers. They did nothing about the dying / wilted roses. Tuesday we ended up going into see the store manager, he told us he had only been told brief details of the issue, but told ous they did in fact mess up with the flowers being damaged. He did apologize, but then went on to make nothing but excuses for his employee and the store.
