Dr. Bail and her staff are exceptional human beings and the most caring vet hospital I've ever been to and I've had cats for 40 years. Now I have 8 cats and trust their health and welfare to only Dr. Bail. She loves every animal she treats as if it were her own. Might take a bit to get an appointment but she's always "squeezed " us in if the matter was urgent. Don't know what we'll do after Dr.Bail is gone ?
Receptionist was rude while making appointment. Waited a MONTH to get my kitten in, show up and stores closed with no indication of our appointment being cancelled. Completely unprofessional, 0/10 experience.
Dr. Bail is such a caring and wonderful Vet. She was such a sweetheart to my younger sister who is mentally challenged when she brought her older cat in.
They don't tell you what you want to hear - they tell you what you need to hear. They are very dedicated to the wellbeing of all animals that go through that door. The staff may come across as unwelcoming when in reality they are very straightforward and professional. It was there that I found out I would be losing by precious baby cat, and they offered me the kindest words and support I needed. They did not judge me nor get upset when I sobbed loud enough for everyone to hear. They truly care.
Dr Bail and her staff are compssionate and caring. Animals are seen based on triage and appointment. They are there because they care. They are knowledgeable and only want the best for the animals. I have been going there 15 years
I just had an appointment at 11:30 and arrived 15 minutes early... Then waited almost 2 hours and in that time others who show up an hour or more later than me get in before me after they only waited about 5-10 minutes. The receptionist claimed upon asking, that they were being seen in order of appointments.. Then when I ask when is my turn, she told me I'm next, yet 2 others were called in ahead of me after she said that, and they showed up more an hour after my appointment time. Discrimination
Dr. Bail is a leaving legend and all vets and staff working with her follow her lead. Amazing story! Going there for 8 years. There is no vet clinic like this one when you pets well being truly come first.
Dr. Bail is the kindest vet that I have ever met, she truly loves the animals that she takes care of. I drive long distances just to go to her. She is simply amazing.
Their care and compassion are genuine, & Dr Bail & her staff are exceptional, informed & sharing. If you're tired of waiting, you can go to one of the other clinics & pay 2-4x as much for the same services & undergo the constant upselling. I always walk out of St Margarets Bay Animal Hospital feeling I was treated fairly, knowing that anything I purchased is absolutely necessary. Btw, the waiting room doesn’t smell pristine - just CLEAN! They care about our furbabies & don’t use toxic cleansers.
