They need to follow manufacturers recommendations.

Recently had them perform a tune up on my 2005 Saturn Vue. A few weeks later I experienced misfires. Another mechanic found that the plugs were not installed properly and they used an inexpensive plug rather than a platinum plug which were only several dollars more each. They should have followed the manufacturers recommendation for plugs.
