2017 F150 Lariat was brought in for transmission reprogramming and fluid and filter change. Next day truck was shifting erratically. Transmission fluid everywhere. After they never cleaned oil off tailgate and forgot to reinstall belly pans leading to another visit. To date No apology or compensation. Truck was driven for 40km with little to no fluid. After inspection and refilled with transmission fluid truck was given back. Debris found in valve body was minimal according to Trillium
Recently, I dropped off my car to have the oil changed, and to have the vehicle inspected. I learned that the front brakes needed new rotors and pads. As I take the condition of my tires and brakes very seriously, I had the work done right away. The car was ready for pick-up in the afternoon. Also, I like that Trillium Ford uses nitrogen for my tires. They stay inflated longer. Good work overall.

Sales people should understand what customers are asking for, and learn the specs. IE Trailer tow specs. Took a phone call to the owner to fix the situation and have them trained better.

I was so surprised at the great service we received from Doug Welsh . He made us feel so welcome. I was not buying a truck and then I did! I love it!!! Even when I went to pick it up I had my grandson with me. He answered all his questions , helped me put his car seat in the truck. Included him in the picture he took. I am very happy with the service I got from Trillium Ford in the purchase of my 2018 F150. We got there late on a Saturday and Adam was happy to stay behind so we could do some test drives and then answer any and all questions we had. On Tue evening I went back for a final test drive of the specific vehicle I was looking to buy. I paid a deposit and met with Shannon who was also very helpful and answered my numerous questions around warranty & maintenance plans.
