Aurora Physiotherapy & Rehabilitation Centre has been proudly serving the community for 20 years. We offer a Multi-Disciplinary Active Rehab and Fitness approach. Our team of Physiotherapists use a variety of techniques to optimize recovery and prevent future injury. Manual therapy such as myofascial release, craniosacral therapy, deep frictions and soft tissue release decrease pain, increase joint range of motion and breakdown scar tissue. Modalities including ultrasound, laser, spinal decompression/traction, electro-muscular stimulation (EMS) and acupuncture, reduce inflammation/swelling, increase muscle strength and improve circulation. Athletic taping (Spider Tech / Kin) supports and stabilizes muscles and joints, unloads stress and corrects posture.     The level of service is fantastic from every staff member at Aurora Physiotherapy. They are very thorough, knowledgeable and caring. Exactly what you need to recover quicker and stronger. Also there is difference in the details they take in providing exercises through a dedicated athletic therapist. The therapist will monitor your progression and adapt the exercises regularly so that you recover better and stronger. That is exactly what I needed to recover from my Achilles surgery. Thanks
