Heritage Design

Horrible experience. Heritage built my deck in 2011. Did a great job so I recommended them to my other friends/neighbours who got a lot of work done through them. Forward to 2019. They came out and quoted and now have been ghosted by the company. No return of my phone calls or e-mails. If you do not want my business, do not string me along. Just a terrible experience. I will make sure I do not recommend them anymore. No free word of mouth referrals.

We had a chain link fence installed and from estimate to installation, the team was very professional. It was also completed in estimated time. We are happy with the whole process and the end result. I would recommend Heritage Design anytime.

Heritage Design knocked it out of the park! Our multilevel deck around our pool had been expanded and modified over the years and now due to age needed complete replacement. The attention to small details was incredible. Minor changes were suggested by Heritage that greatly enhanced looks and functionality. We now have a showpiece in our back yard that will give us many years of enjoyment. We highly recommend Heritage Design and would certainly work with them again.

Didn't listen and placed fence in wrong place. Gate is sagging. Calling in another company to do some rework.

I have used Heritage Design for three different jobs and in all three cases the work was done very well and the work site was left in great condition.

Have had fence for aprx 1 year. Gate is sagging. Should have been on-site when installed. Didn't get as we had requested. Will have to have re-work done.
