We are very happy that we contacted Affordable Heating & Cooling to give us an estimate and install the Fujitsu heat pump.
Tom gave us the estimate and explained how the units work.. any questions we had after he had left we e-mailed and were answered right away.

New Furnace
When our 20 y/o furnace died we called several companies. Matt from Affordable Comfort came by and thankfully was not the typical "sales" guy. The quote was the best we had received and Matt offered to try and get the furnace running so we could have heat for the night. Matt was the ONLY tech who offered to do this. He got it running and we booked the next morning. Affordable Comfort will get all our future business. Thanks for going above and beyond with such amazing customer service!
Tom from Affordable Comfort came to our home to provide a quote to replace our old gas furnace. After a thorough inspection of our heating system, he patiently answered all of our questions and provided us with a quote. We chose Tom because of his professionalism and immediate sense of trust we felt in his abilities and knowledge. The day of installation arrived and we were not disappointed. Great job-with great customer service. We look forward to continuing our business relationship with them.
I highly recommend Affordable Comfort to anyone requiring the services of a gas contractor. I felt very comfortable in the knowledge and skill that they have when it came to changing our furnace in November of last year. It wasn’t an easy install but they got the job done and done well. We had a few contractors come in to quote on the job but chose Affordable Comfort on how professional they were. We have called them back since for other gas jobs because of the quality of their work, their honesty and their customer service. Wow!!!!!
It is nice in these days, when pride in workmanship is not necessarily the norm, to find an acceptation to the rule. Affordable Comfort Heating and Cooling go above and beyond to make sure the job is well done. Prompt and affordable service by this organization is what I experienced. I highly recommend their services…Thanks to Tom and John for their efforts!!!!!
Totally blown away with the amazing service. These guys went over and above. The technicians Tom and John were extremely knowledgeable and personable. And their workmanship very thorough, neat and tidy. This level of service is rare. We had them in for furnace maintenance, and hey were also able to fix a problem with our HRV. The HRV had been installed incorrectly by another company (one of the largest companies in Barrie). Their rates are also incredibly reasonable. This will be he only company I will use from now on.

Professional, kind, affordable and Honest!!!
No heat, late at night. Came quickly, very kind, explained everything and fixed just what needed to be fixed. Very affordable. Highly recommend to all!!!
It was a pleasure doing business with this company. The technician (Tom) was timely, professional and very knowledgeable.
We will definately be using Affordable Comfort Heating and Cooling from now on for all our heating and cooling at our residence, and my husband's business.
As well, my elderly mother had occasion to call for a furnace repair and was so pleased with the honest service, she ordered a fireplace cleanup and remote control to be installed by Tom.
I would highly recommend this company to anyone that needs any heating and cooling work.

I've had the pleasure of buying from Affordable Comfort 3 times within the past year - I bought a Novo water softener, a Navien tankless and a replacement tank unit for a rental property that I own - they always do the piping and everything very clean and out of the way - which I like. They had no problems installing the tankless and water softener exactly where we wanted it, and kept the pipes out of the way and neatly done.
